Les Muses

Les Muses is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Diren Vineyards in Tokat, an area where Cabernet Sauvignon gains a delicate and complex character. Les Muses has been meticulously handpicked, processed in the same area and matured in French oak barrels for 18 months. It exhibits delicate flavors of red and black fruits along with oak. KarmenSelection Red

The grapes which vitalized Karmen Selection were exclusively cultivated, fermented, matured in French oak barrels for 12 months and bottled. With its full body and strong tannic texture, Karmen Selection Red is a blend of the most exclusive Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Boğazkere grapes in Denizli region. Karmen Selection Red has blackberry, almond, cherry and roasted peanut notes and perfectly matches with dipped veal and game meats. It is best served at 18 - 20 degrees. Karmen Selection White

The grapes which vitalized Karmen Selection were exclusively cultivated, fermented, matured in French oak barrels for 12 months and bottled. With its round and full body, Karmen Selection White is derived from Narince and Chardonnay grapes. With its consistent texture, Karmen Selection White has yellow plum, citrus, white peach bouquets and apple, pear, white flower and lemon notes. It perfectly matches with sea bass, bluefish, sea bream and stew fish as well as quail and dipped chickens. It is best served at 10 to 12 degrees. Grapes: Narince, Chardonnay Price: 11,50 euro

Collection Öküzgözü

With slightly tannic structure dominated with red and black fruits and a round body, Collection Öküzgözü is made entirely from Öküzgözü grapes of Elazığ region. Leaving the taste of cherry, red and black fruits on the palate, Collection Öküzgözü has a slightly tannic finish. Collection Kalecik Karası

Reflecting characteristics of Denizli terroir, Collection Kalecik Karası has a slightly tannic structure with fruity flavours such as red fruits and banana in a round, velvety, well-balanced mouth with a long and elegant finish. It matches very well with mediterranean fish, fish soup, poultries, veal and pork. The ideal serving temperature to drink this wine is between 14 and 16 degrees.
